Pressure Lubricated
Features: 1/3 to 25 horsepower, all cast iron, single and two stage units are electric or gas driven, individual valve pockets allow easy access, cast iron valve seats are lapped for a total seal, eliminating need for discharge line check valve. The valve discs are stainless steel, using low lift design and cast iron bumpers for better efficiency. Positive displacement oil pump with spin on oil filter insures lubrication through rifle drilled counterweighted one-piece crankshaft to wrist pins, tapered roller bearings and connecting rod bearings.
Two stage units are standard 175 PSIG, with capabilities to 200 PSIG continuous. And up to 500 PSIG intermittent on selected models.

Splash Lubricated
Features: 1.5 to 30 horsepower, single and two stage, cast iron crankcase and cylinders, valve plates are cast aluminum for performance heat rejection. Valve design provides the highest volumetric efficiency in the marketplace, using stainless steel valves for maximum strength. Two piece connecting rod make service easier. Oil Free
Features: 2 to 30 horsepower, single and two stage, basic compressor design meets NFPA 99 requirements and also complies with EPA health standards. Operating pressures to 150 PSIG, completely oil-less, utilizes totally sealed bearings, Teflon-composite compression and rider rings. Specifically designed for clean air applications – Hospitals, Pharmaceutical, Laboratories and Dental Offices.

Climate Control
Features: The climate control units feature 1/2 to 25 horsepower, single and two stage. Compressors can be ordered as base-mounted, simplex or duplex units with optional control panels and dryers mounted as part of the package. Climate control compressors are certified 2 ppm or less oil-carryover.
