5 to 40 HP Features: 20 to 182 ACFM, single stage, belt driven, gear and direct drive, air and water cooled compressors with air pressures as low as 30 PSIG and as high as 210 PSIG, open or full cabinet for quieter operation. To fit all our customers needs these units can be ordered with a variety of options, base or tank mounted, Wye-Delta reduced voltage starting, modulation with dual control, electronic controls, super low sound cabinets, TEFC motor, integrated dryers and a hoist of other options. Triplex bearings are over 56% larger than most competitors, boasting an airend life of over 130,000 hours. Oil Free Rotary Screw:
50 to 100 HP Features: Two stage, air or water cooled, maximum 125 PSIG. 220 to 475 ACFM, two stage compressor with no sealing fluid in the compression chamber. The airend is flange mounted to a NEMA frame motor through AGMA-11 precision gears. Each compressor uses highly efficient lift valves eliminating the need for an inlet valve. By using patented lift valves and Power$ync II controller we are able to insure low unloaded brake horsepower. Triplex bearing arrangement delivers a life expectancy of over 100,000 hours.

Variable Displacement and Variable Frequency Drives:
If your rotary screw compressor does not always operate at full load, you may want to look into the energy savings of a variable displacement or variable frequency drive compressor.
