DESICCANT DRYERS

Heatless Regenerative

Dual tower desiccant dryers have compressed air pressure dew points ranging from -40°F to -100°F. Heatless dryer uses approximately 15% of the clean dry compressed air to purge the saturated off line desiccant bed. Optional: filtration and purge saver.

Heat Regenerative

Works on the same principal as the Heatless units. However, they are equipped with an internal or external heater which heats the saturated off line desiccant bed to remove compressed air moisture and reduces the purge air by approximately 7%. Optional: filtration and purge saver.

Blow Purge

Blow Purge dryers use an external blower and heater to generate the purge air to remove the moisture from the saturated off line desiccant tower.
